    Using breathing techniques, body awareness practices and a variety of mindfulness tools, meditation helps to increase clarity and focus of energy.

    Session Options include:

    • One-time 30 minute session with your choice of focus (ie. self-awareness, loving kindness, stress reduction, etc.)

    • Weekly Meditation Series of four 30 minutes meditation sessions to cover different areas of focus.

  • Self Care

    Launch into a virtual wellness workshop to better support your employee’s overall health.

    Topics include:

    • Journaling 101 - Learn the benefits of journaling on your overall wellness, how to do it and ways to incorporate it into your daily life

    • Self Care 101 - Discover ways to support your total self care and make them habits. More than treating yourself, self care is a bundle of tools to choose from every day.

    • Full Moon Circle - Combine movement, meditation, journaling and intention setting in our signature Full Moon Circle format to set yourself up for the month ahead.
