SOUND BATHS
Settle in and let sound guide you into deep rest. Our sound baths weave together crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and other healing instruments to create a soundscape that soothes the nervous system and clears the mind. Through breathwork, meditation, and vibration, you'll shift into a state of calm, balance, and renewal. Just listen, feel, and let go.
CONTRAST THERAPY
Flow between fire and ice in our contrast therapy group classes—where heat, cold, breath, and movement create a space for deep connection. Through guided meditation, visualization, and mindfulness practices, you’ll build resilience, find stillness, and reconnect with yourself and your community. Step in, let go, and transform—together.
