  • STRONG

    Strong body, strong mind.

    Intentional strength training followed by 15 minutes of mindfulness. Close out your full-body strength building class with guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Breathwork.

  • GROUNDED

    Keep your feet on the ground.

    A class rooted in contemporary Pilates, this is a full-body, low-impact session of strength and stability for more intelligent and functional movement off the mat. It’s a slow, strong burn with this one.

  • HATHA FLOW

    Alive and aligned.

    In this all-levels class, we move intentionally through a series of asana and pranayama, rooted in the sacred practice of yoga. Expect mindful breathing, slow movement, strong holds and deep stretching.

  • HYBRID

    The best of both worlds.

    In THETA’s signature movement class, we combine HIIT or Pilates and HATHA for a perfect combo of fire + water, sweating + stretching.

  • YANG + YIN

    Flow + Unwind.

    We move and we chill in this all-levels yoga class. We’ll start with a dynamic yoga flow (yang) and follow with more restorative longer holds + meditation (yin). Designed to get you into your body and calm the nervous system.

    Starting low and slow, transitioning through familiar asanas, the heat will build as strength and low impact Pilates are intertwined with a sprinkle of high intensity movement to finish.

    This is a class where anything goes. Dance, HIIT, shaking, tapping, breathwork - we’re moving stuck + stagnant energy around. Get ready for a good sweat + mood boost!
