oAt a secret beach location, we’ll gather under the full moon for an intimate evening of movement, breath work, sound bath, prompted journaling, + release ceremony.

With the full moon in Pisces PLUS a partial lunar eclipse, the energy of this lunation is no joke! Cry a river, duke it out with your inner saboteur, wear your emotions like a badge of honour, we are the chaos + it is us. Pisces, ruled by Neptune -planet of illusions, dreams, magic, imagination, is yelling at us to live in the delusion + let it become reality.

Around a bonfire, we'll chat about the celestials, move our bodies, breathe together, and melt into a soundbath + meditation. We’ll round things out with a little journaling and fire ceremony to release what is no longer serving.
